Q: How do I find the firmware version of a Fusion EMM?

 

A: Please follow these simple steps:

Once logged into an EMM the version number is displayed in the top left hand corner.

Alternatively, it is possible to use "IP discover" (an application provided by Spok) to determine the firmware of your accessible devices.

* IP discover requires the fusion device's be in the same network segment in order to function correctly.
