Overview

When loading Medicall user is getting multiple errors stating “cannot find network path \\NFDVWPDBSSPOK1\SPOK
 
Resolution/Topic
1.       Confirm network path is mapped by opening Windows Explorer.  If drive is not mapped, please notify IT.
2.       Confirm being able to access Spok network path by double clicking on the mapped drive.  If the below error appears, please notify IT to have them grant permission to the user.

3.  Once permission is granted to user, they will be able to load Medicall successfully.
