Pages not being processed due to Disk full FileShare Drive
Overview
When the client’s FileShare drive is full, the operator will not able to send out pages to anyone in their organization from their MediCall consoles. When attempting to send a page, the operator will receive the following error message on their display.
If you are receiving the above error message, check the “FileShare” drive int the “My Computer” or “This PC” where the drives are visible.
Once confirmed that the “FileShare” drive is completely full, you MUST reach out to your IT department, so they can allocate additional space to this “FileShare” drive. Once the “FileShare” drive space is added, pages will go out without any errors.
