Add new employees to database in Mediastar

After completing this how-to you will be able to add a new Employee to the Mediastar Database

 

1.    Open up the Mediastar application.  

2.    Click on the Options button - go down to the Position Parameters

 

 

 

 

 

3.    Next you will see the Password Checker screen.  You will enter the password = xtd

 

4.    Once the password is entered you will see the Position Configuration screen

 

 

5.    Scroll down to down to the next open row

6.    You will need to enter the following information

1.      Page - You can enter 10 for page info

2.      Line - Enter the next number in numerical order (for ex 1,2,3,4 etc)

3.      Operator Name - ex John Doe

4.      Operator Alias

5.      ACD Login

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.    Next you will see a confirmation box - "Are you sure that you want to update database".  Click Yes

 

 

You have added a new employee successfully
