Spok Mobile Registration Emails Not Being Received
When registering for Spok Mobile via Smart Center, there have been issues encountered by customers where the registration email was not received.
Resolution:
Check to see if the device is already registered with Mobile with a different email address.
Check the spam folders in your email software along with making sure there are no rules that are deleting or moving the email from your inbox.
if you have checked these items and the emails are still not being received, engage Spok Support to determine the reason the emails are not being received.
