PIM Processor and PIM Collector Services Stopping
Overview
PIM Processor and PIM Collector services are stopping every 20 minutes. Patient records are missing in the Consoles.
The Event Viewer Application logs indicate that the error is related to the SQL Server connection and the ODBC Driver. See the details below.

Resolution/Topic
There are issues with the ODBC database connection. The SQL database account, PIM Collector and PIM Processor service account were changed from the old 'commtech' account to the service account. Once the service account was used the PIM Processor and PIM Collector services were stable, however, there were many patient records in the queue.
Once the SQL connection is restored, the patient records may be delayed, the records will be available in the Consoles soon - depending on how many records are in the queue.
