Installing Spok Mobile Services

The Care Connect Suite Installer installs the Spok Mobile Services component on its own server. To install Spok Mobile Services, follow the "Using the Care Connect Installer" instructions below, until you reach the Custom Setup dialog. In the Custom Setup dialog, select the Mobile components for installation as shown below:

The rest of the features and components should be set to Entire feature will be unavailable.

Scheduling the Database Purge Scripts

The Care Connect Installer deploys database cleanup scripts to \Spok\Care Connect\Database\Maintenance. These scripts will purge old and unneeded data from the SQL database, improving database health and performance. Spok recommends that you schedule and run these scripts.
