Accessing Spok Enterprise Administration

To access the Spok Enterprise Administration interface, first log into the system. You must be connected to your site's LAN, or connected to it over a VPN, in order to connect to the administration interface.

  1. Open a browser window.

  2. Access the Spok Enterprise Administration Login page by navigating to http://<FQDN>/Web or https://<FQDN>/Web, where <FQDN> represents the fully-qualified domain name of the platform server.

  3. In the Username field, enter your Support username.

  4. In the Password field, enter the password that is linked to the entered username. 

  5. Click the Login button. If your login was successful, the Spok Enterprise Administration Home screen will appear.
