TSP install error

Overview

Receive DLL error during install.  Click ok and install completes but when you go to configure the TSP it does not open and just disappears.

Resolution/Topic

Uninstall TSP and then open the registry.  Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cisco System, Inc.\Cisoc TSP and delete the Cisco TSP key and then reboot the computer and reinstall TSP.
