Advanced 7950v2 pager alert tone configuration changes are not available through hand programming on the device itself.

Resolution/Topic

The Spok 7950 8000 Pager Programmer USB cradle and software enable advanced configuration of 7950 8000 pagers, including:

  • Alert length (the amount of time a pager will alert for once a message is received)
  • Key tone (the default sound type when an alert is received)
