Overview

When running queries in Smart Center under Admin > Message Groups > basic queries, results are not accurately displayed.

Resolution/Topic

When running queries, it is important to know that each line of the filter values equates to "AND" not "OR".

If you are trying to query using the same filter name, use "NOT IN" and for each line, choose the values for which you do not want results.
