The following table lists the Smart Alert errors for the CHANGE PASSWORD module.

17150 | CHANGE PASSWORD | Database Password Error | Changing the password of a user(s) has failed. Either the password the change_password.obj created is wrong, cannot be reused, or has invalid character(s). Attempt changing the specified user's password again. |
17151 | CHANGE PASSWORD | PAM Password Error | The attempt to change user's password has failed due to luck of PAM permission or other errors. Please check the system's log file for detail. |
17152 | CHANGE PASSWORD | New Password Error | Obtaining a new password for the specified new user has failed. Under normal circumstances, this error should not happen. If it does, then the interface is probably unable to generate random numbers. Please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support to correct the problem. |
17153 | CHANGE PASSWORD | Initialization File Error | Reading from the change password initialization file has failed. Please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support to correct the problem. Detail error message of why reading the initialization file failed can be found in the log file of the interface if logging is enabled. |
17154 | CHANGE PASSWORD | Amcom (Smart Suite) Password File Error | The Amcom (Smart Suite) Password file is not found or is not readable to the change password interface. Please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support to correct the problem. |
17155 | CHANGE PASSWORD | Amcom (Smart Suite) Password File Empty | The Amcom (Smart Suite) Password file is empty or has no user entries defined in it. Because of this, changing password will fail unless users are added using the Amcom (Smart Suite) Password adding tool (ampasswd). |
17156 | CHANGE PASSWORD | Memory Error | Memory could not be allocated to perform transaction related to changing users' Oracle passwords. |
17157 | CHANGE PASSWORD | PAM Start Error | Starting the PAM module from changing passwords has failed. This could be due to luck of permissions on PAM directory or its files. |
