Adding New Facility Codes
Note: Check \console on the file share server. If there are folders for each facility, then this is likely a for fee service as customer has specific configurations for each location. Check with support team members if there is any doubt.
Customer needs to be aware that they will need to add the new code to current profiles unless it is being added (or will be added) via the Staff Feed.
There is a limit of 100 facility codes.
Steps to add a Facility Code :
· Backup \console\console.ini on the fileshare server.
· Edit console.ini
· Under the Institution section, add the new facility.
· Have customer run Update Software on one workstation and test (for a day if possible)
o Run Update Software on all workstations if test is successful

And the customer wants to add facility code Pluto. See below
*Notice the default Facility Code is set to Earth. That can be changed to any of the Facilitie Codes or All which means the first Facility Code is the default.
**To put the Facility Codes in alphabetical order, just rearrange in alphabetical order.
