Chunky/Broken Audio in Recordings in MediaStar

Resolution/Topic

Adjust the “ Real time talk chunks duration (ms)  parameter”.  This parameter can be found  on the Mediastar  Engine’s Parameters tab.

Typically set to  1000 (1 second), but can be higher  in order to improve speech quality. 

Please note, as you  increase this setting, there may be an increase in  listening delay, compared to real time.

As with any change to parameters on the MediaStar Engine, you will need to stop the engine to make the change.
