Smart Console Samba / Mapped Drive Issues

When opening Smart Console, an error will appear if the samba share is not able to be mapped.

First, try to map the drive manually by using \\servername\share and apply the needed credentials. If the credentials are not accepted and you are certain the correct credentials are being used, ensure the samba users are created.

pdbedit -L -v in order to list the users that have access to the samba share.

If nothing is returned or the correct user isn't returned, use:
smbpasswd -a amcom (swap out amcom for the appropriate user name(s))

Make sure the correct password is used when setting up the samba access for the user.
