When joining an emergency event procedure in progress you get the following error...

Resolution/Topic

Make sure the appropriate directory group is selected by clicking on the globe icon within IntelliDesk console. clipboard_e48fcac4de7a950825e4bd87a07b51f19.png  Best practice would be to select "All" and then join the procedure again.
