Console error "Unknown State" error
Overview
Intermittent issues with Consoles going into an "Unknown State" and not being able to take calls. It appears to be related to a CTI issue, however, it intermittently affects all Consoles where a Console goes into an "Unknown State" requiring that it is shut down and restarted. It has been observed that up to two Consoles have been affected at one time.
Resolution/Topic
The issue was caused by the Cisco UCCX configuration.
The UCCX IPCC agent extension had been placed in a line group (and a hunt group). Ask the customer to check the Cisco UCCX configuration and remove all extensions from the affected Consoles from the line groups.
