Overview

A new operator unable to start Spok console on a console PC, but another operator loads just fine when logging into Windows.

Spok console might throw an error , or just not load at all.

Resolution/Topic

Spok console operators generally need to belong to a Windows networking domain group.  You will need to verify with your IT staff that the operator is a member of this group.
