Add New\Edit Operator -Extension Mobility Configuration

Overview

Add New\Edit\Delete Operator -Extension Mobility Configuration from the Spok Care Connect CTI Server 7.7 and above for Cisco

  • Navigate to Spok Care Connect CTI server
  • Go to Browser for Spok Care Connect > login with "Support" creditials 
  • Go to Dashboard > Administration > CTI link left side

Add Profile

  1. Click Add Profile
  2. Enter the agent Profile Name and the End User Id associated with the device extension profile.
  3. Click Edit Lines and the Line Configuration window is displayed. By default there are no lines added.
  4. Click Add Line for adding new lines. The IDAddress, and Button fields are pre-populated. Enter the line extension and type.
    Note that a maximum of 20 lines can be added per agent profile.

  5. Once each line has been added, click OK.

  6. Click Save at the top of the Extension Mobility Configuration section.

Edit Profile

  1. In the Extension Mobility Configuration Profiles section, click Edit.
  2. Make changes to the Profile Name or End User id if needed.
  3. Click Edit Lines to edit the lines associated with the profile.
  4. Make any changes or deletions for these lines and click OK.
  5. Once changes have been made to the profile, click Save to save the changes.

 

Delete Profile

  1. In the Extension Mobility Configuration Profiles section, click Edit.
  2. Next to the Profile(s) you want to remove, click Remove Profile.
  3. Once changes have been made to the profile, click Save to save the changes.
