Workstation not able to stay ready due to secondary line being called directly.
Client called in and mentioned an issue with being put in not ready mode over and over at different times. The secondary Cisco line number was being called by other departments to express a code (call a code blue or similar)
The Second Cisco line number is being displayed to the receiver or person picking up caller. This number is in turned being used to place calls (such as a code call) and as a result is causing a call forwarding issue which will cause the telephony side to Medicall to immediately go not ready. Client had phone display information for the secondary line. This number is the secondary line to be use for parking calls or making calls only as to leave the ACD/primary line open for calls.
