For instance, customer dials the IV number, enters pagerid when prompted but is then prompted for a security code. Where can the security code be reset?
The security code is stored in the Password field under the Main Profile tab in the Profile record.
The password is used with the pager ID to log into other Spok applications, such as WebXchange, PageServer, the IVR system, and Flash Alert. The password is confirmed in a separate screen when the profile is saved.
