Spok Web Login Fails

Overview

A "Windows Security" login screen appears when opening Spok Web from Spok Console. The users typically auto login into SPok Web via Single SIgn on and are not prompted for a user name and password.

Resolution/Topic

If the "Windows Security" login window appears when SSO is enabled, it indicates that that Spok Web URL is not in the site's list of Trusted Intranet Site Zones. 

Have  the customer's IT team  add the Spok Web URL to the list of "Trusted Intranet Site Zones" will resolve this issue.
