WCTP pages are failing the the error "Invalid subscriber ID"

Overview

Newly added pagers, that are setup to use WCTP, are not receiving pages. Error in the paging log is "Invalid subscriber ID"

Resolution/Topic

The WCTP protocol requires 10 digits in order to send a message to a device. In Admin, edit the entries for the new pagers and enter the entire 10 digit # including the area code.
