Overview

When logging into console, get an error message that says Voice with a Smile cannot be found.  

Resolution/Topic

After you hit ok through that message and the console launches.  Go to the file menu and select set up voice with a smile and then select device selection.  Make sure plug n play (pnp) is selected.  Full device selection name may vary depending on site but make sure it says PNP and then hit ok and relaunch the console and make sure no error messages comes back.
