Using Spok Go Voice

This article describes how to make a call, view call history, and view call details using Spok Go Voice.

Making a Call

Spok Go Voice allows a user to call another user via an active internet connection. The call can be completed without the device having a cell or third-party dialing app.

Using Global Search

  1. Tap the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the app.
  2. Enter a person, department, group, role, or on-call. A list of results is displayed.
  3. Tap on the intended result, then tap the phone icon on their profile page.

Using Your Inbox

  1. Tap on a conversation in your inbox, then tap the i icon in the top right of the conversation. 
  2. On the user's profile card, tap the phone icon.

Viewing Call History

On mobile, Spok Go Voice has a dedicated area for call history. Tap the phone icon in the bottom right corner of the app to navigate to your call history.

Making a Call in Call History

To make a call from your call history, tap on the user's name. A call is initiated.

Viewing Call Details

  1. Tap the phone icon in the bottom right corner of the app to navigate to your call history.
  2. Tap on the i icon on the right of a call to view call details.
