Setting Up a New Customer

To se up a new customer in the Spok Hosted Administration interface, do the following:

  1. Add a customer to the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add a new customer, see Adding and Managing Customers.
  1. Add a license block for the customer on the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add a new license block, see Adding and Managing Customers.
  1. Add a tenant for the customer on the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add a new tenant, see Adding and Managing Tenants.
  2. Add site(s) for the customer in the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add new sites, see Adding and Managing Tenants.
  1. Create a license file for the customer in the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to generate a new license file for the customer, see Creating a License.
  1. Distribute the license file to the Spok representative who will implement Spok Mobile Services at the customer site.
