Setting Up a New Customer
To se up a new customer in the Spok Hosted Administration interface, do the following:
- Add a customer to the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add a new customer, see Adding and Managing Customers.
- Add a license block for the customer on the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add a new license block, see Adding and Managing Customers.
- Add a tenant for the customer on the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add a new tenant, see Adding and Managing Tenants.
- Add site(s) for the customer in the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to add new sites, see Adding and Managing Tenants.
- Create a license file for the customer in the Spok Hosted Administration page. For detailed information on how to generate a new license file for the customer, see Creating a License.
- Distribute the license file to the Spok representative who will implement Spok Mobile Services at the customer site.
