SMS Issues - STunnel Application

Overview

SMS issues due to messages not received on mobile phones. The STunnel service (third-party application that sends SMS messages) but messages failing.

The issue appears to be related to an expired SSL Certificate.

Advise customer to check with the STunnel SMS service provider for new valid SSL Certificate

Install the new valid SSL certificate

Then restart the STunnel service.
