Spok does not recommend in-place OS upgrades on Operator Console PCs due to:
- PBX vendor requirements for re-install and configuration.
- Unanticipated production downtime due to OS patches, OS loads, Driver reinstall, etc.
Should you choose to perform an in-place OS upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, a re-install CTI TSPs, Drivers, and/or Console applications will likely be required. Consult with your Spok Sales Representative for additional discussions on this topic.
