Notifications
Overview
Spok Go has several types of notifications for new and unread messages, including push notifications and in-application notifications. A separate notification is displayed for each unread message. The notification displays only the sender's name and the time the message was received. Each notification also has a sound, if enabled.
For data privacy, the pop-up notification displays only the sender's name as well as the time the message was sent.
Notifications are displayed only if you are signed in to Spok Go.

| Push Notification | Displays for each new message or alert. Only the sender's name and time of the message are displayed. You can enable or disable push notifications. |
| Badge Count |
Displays the total number of new messages. This includes messages within an existing conversation. |
Enabling or Disabling Notifications
You can enable or disable push notifications for Spok Go. By default, push notifications are enabled. You will only see notifications if you are signed in to Spok Go.

- Tap Allow.
- Tap Allow to confirm.
