Customer deletes ANI/ALI record in EADM but gets error message when trying to add the record back to EADM.
Error message: “Record (Extension) already exists in ANI/ALI table”
Known defect of EADM v. 3.19. Update customer to newest version of EADM allowed depending on all other Spok software versions they are using.
Once EADM is updated make sure that the iptelephonyflag parameter in EADM is set to 1 (even if they don't have ip phones).
