EARTLM- Invalid Address
User is unable to add a new Location in EATLM (Enterprise Alert EA—Real Time Location Manager).
They are receiving the following Invalid address entry error:
Invald address entered or an equivalent geocoded address cannot be found. Please revise your entry.
1. Open EARTLM located on the Enterprise Alert Server. The address should be listed in the Internet Explorer address dropdown.
2. Click on My Addresses.
3. Select Add.
4. Check all required fields to make sure they are correct and select Save.
5. If you are still receiving the error, Google the address to see if it is correct and then re-enter.
NOTE: The address must match the MSAG address on file at Bandwidth. Check to see if the Directional Prefix and or Postfix are part of the Street Name.
