How to find the Employee ID or Patient ID for a profile

When the employee ID for the employee record or Patient ID for the patient record is not in the mini-profile screen or main profile screen, you can find the ID from Medicall update screen. 

 

1. Search the record in question from Medicall.

 

2. Click Update button after choosing the record, which is in the right side in Medicall.

3.  The employee ID or Patient ID is in Record ID.
