Go to Search and then type SERVICES

 

Search for BACKGROUND INTELLIGENT TRANSFER SERVICE 

 

 Select PROPERTIES

 

Go to Start Type and select DISABLED

 

Go to WINDOWS UPDATE

 

Right Click – Go to PROPERTIES

Go to Start Type and Select DISABLED

 

Go to Start then go to run

Type MSCONFIG in the window

 

Select the SERVICES tab

 

Unchecked all unnecessary services

 

Next go to STARTUP Select OPEN TASK MANAGER

 

Disable any unwanted programs from startup 

End processes that are using High CPU usage
