Voice with a smile volume is too low

Overview

If the VWAS volume is too low check the solution below to resolve the issue.

Solution

SOLUTION: Follow the steps below:

  1. Open up GoldWave application.

  2. Open needed file.

  3. Click Effect menu and then choose volume.

  4. Choose Maximize volume.

  5. Take defaults and click ok

  6. Click file and Save file to appropriate location. 

  7. Test Voice with a smile audio file again. 

  8. If this does not work, recreate the audio file. 

  9. Also make sure operator has rights or is checked marked for having access to VWAS in MediCall console as well.
