Scenario: Profile A is being covered by Profile B

If Profile A has Page All Device checked and Profile B has Page All Device checked only Profile A will receive the pages on all devices listed.

Resolution/Topic

WebX Internal logic says – Page all devices takes precedent over the members status which in this scenario is set to “covered by”.

So, Profile A will need to uncheck Page All Device in order for Profile B to get the pages.
