Zetron Errors
The following table lists errors for the Zetron module. While not Smart Suite errors, these may appear in Smart Alert.

This may occur during an update. "Missing templates" refers to not finding a specified template on the Zetron database. "No match found for ID" means that the specified subscriber / pager ID does not exist in the Zetron database. Check the Zetron database for the correct records and try again. If this problem persists, please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support. |
28 | Zetron | "Database warning" eg, "Database error has occurred. ID is not added to the Paging Terminal (or updated if it exists)." |
An "update" was sent for a specific subscriber or pager ID that does not exist on the Zetron database. It may have been inserted at this point, try the update again. If this problem persists, please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support. |
29 | Zetron | "Bad input data" eg, Bad data, validation failed. ID is not added to the Paging Terminal (or updated if it exists). |
One or more values passed to the Zetron is incorrect (for example, CAPCODE information). Check the values passed and verify length, formatting, type, etc on the Zetron database and try again. If this problem persists, please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support. |
