Smart Alert Errors 103xx - VRU Errors

The following table lists the Smart Alert errors for the VRU module. These may be slightly different based on your version of Smart Suite.

Error No. Initiated Description Action
10300 VRU Dialogic error. General Dialogic error.
10301 VRU Memory error while processing the ini file. Unable to allocate memory. Restart the process.

If this problem persists, please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support.
10302 VRU Problem with the script. Correct the script before continuing.
10303 VRU Missing next node. Add the missing node to the script and restart the vru process(es).
10304 VRU System error. If this problem persists, please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support.
10305 VRU Error with Global gc_MakeCall command. Making a global call on the specified channel has failed. Please check the VRU process debug file to find out why making the call failed.
10306 VRU Error with Global gc_DropCall command. Dropping a global call on the specified channel has failed. Please check the VRU process debug file to find out why dropping the call failed.
10307 VRU Error with Global gc_WaitCall Timeout. Caller hung up during the first ring and process timed out waiting to get an event.
10308 VRU Problem writing to MEET_ME_LOG table. Check the Smart Center database for problems (ie, contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support).
10309 VRU Problem dialing overhead page number. Check the overhead page number.
10310 VRU Problem speaking overhead message. Make sure text of the overhead message exist in the VRU vocabulary.
10311 VRU Problem validating overhead paging status. Make sure overhead paging status codes in the database match the ones in the VRU script.
10312 VRU Recipient could not be authenticated. Verify ID and password before continuing.
10313 VRU Problem dialing phone number. Verify phone line and the number being dialed.
10314 VRU Problem playing the recorded file or speaking the message. Make sure prompt or the phrase is available.
10315 VRU No dialing pattern for the number. Modify phone_number_pattern table to allow for phone number translation.
10316 VRU Problem processing query/response(s). Problem with query/response portion.
10317 VRU Database access error. Access error such as read from database, file access error or such.
10318 VRU Detected Answering Machine. Voice mail option disabled. Reached answering machine, but could not leave a message since voice mail option is disabled.
10319 VRU Invalid response from recipient. Recipient's response was not correct. Verify options are presented correctly.
10320 VRU Recipient hung up without confirmation. Recipient hung up without selecting a correct response.
10321 VRU Problem querying data. Application was not able to query for the data.
10322 VRU Detected a busy tone. Number dialed was busy.
10323 VRU Call was not answered. Call was not answered.
10324 VRU Detected fax tone. Fax tone was detected.
10325 VRU Detected answering machine - received an hang up. Application detected answering machine and received an hang up while waiting for confirmation.
10326 VRU Problem accessing recorded files. Application could not find the recording. Verify its location.
10327 VRU Problem logging responses. Application could not log the recipient's response.

10328 VRU Problem determining call result. Dial result was not clear and application could not identify the call result.

10329 VRU Problem logging recipient answer. Application could not log recipient's response.

If this problem persists, please contact Amcom (Smart Suite) support.
10330 VRU Invalid response from recipient. Invalid response from the recipient.
10331 VRU Recipient hung up. Recipient hung up without making a selection.
10332 VRU Detected operator intercept tone. Detected operator intercept tone. Verify the number or the phone line.
