The following table lists the Smart Alert errors for the DEVICE PREFERENCE ENGINE module.

Error No. Initiated Description Action
20950 DEVICE PREFERENCE ENGINE Invalid messaging ID Provide a valid messaging ID.
20951 DEVICE PREFERENCE ENGINE Multiple preferred devices already assigned to messaging ID. Delete extra preferred devices for messaging ID.
20952 DEVICE PREFERENCE ENGINE Message record not found. Provide a valid message seqnum and listing id.
20953 DEVICE PREFERENCE ENGINE Adapter polling process encountered an error. Check the Adapter service.
20954 DEVICE PREFERENCE ENGINE Invalid Device Preference Engine status code in system configuration. Configure status codes for DPE in system configuration.
