Resolution/Topic

Steps

1. Navigate to Spok server where PIM or ADT services are located

2. Open AlwaysUp and make sure Production PIM is running as required

2. Test PIM is listed in the Amcom Folder In Startup for Test PIM Collector and Processor

3. Start Test PIM Collector

4. Start Test PIM Processor if popbox warning another Instance is running click ok only if Production PIM is already running and not in need of restart

5. Review the Test Processor running services for data as long have the HL7 is being pushed by customer interface
