Spok Mobile App Support Policies
The currently supported Spok Mobile app versions for iOS and Android are:
- Spok Mobile for iOS 4.8.3 to 4.9.0
- Spok Mobile for Android 4.8.2 to 4.9.0
Compatibility With Spok Mobile Server
Every currently supported Spok Mobile app version is compatible with every currently supported Spok Mobile server version.

Device Operating System Policies
It is important to keep mobile devices running up-to-date operating systems in order to stay current with the latest security enhancements. Spok reviews its OS support policies regularly to ensure the Spok Mobile solution continues to provide secure messaging for our customers. Spok reserves the right to drop support for an operating system at any time if major security issues are found.
iOS Support
Spok will generally support the most current version of iOS and two versions back.

Android OS Support
Spok will generally support the most current version of Android and two versions back.

Spok also supports enterprise Android devices that run on older Android operating systems, such as devices from Zebra and Spectralink. For optimal performance and security, we recommend using the latest supported Android operating system on those devices and cannot guarantee full functionality for all features if not supportable for the OS.
