Will Spok Mobile be made available in the Kaistore?

Overview

A customer purchased a couple of CAT B35 phones and noticed that Spok Mobile wasn’t available for download from the Kaistore. 

Resolution/Topic

The Product team confirmed that Spok will continue to use Google Play and Apple Store for Android and IOS releases and currently there are no plans on expanding the availability of the Spok Mobile app to other stores.

Specific to the CAT phones - they seem to include some Android apps which appear to be pre-loaded. The only way to get Spok Mobile on these phones would be to sideload the app which isn't recommended. In testing this process, the Product team experienced a number of persistent problems in configuring the phones.
