Unable to connect to Verizon Emag URL.

1. Sign in to Enterprise Messaging .

2. From the left navigation menu hover over 'Help' then click Whitelisted IPs

. a. To view the navigation menu, click the red tab dotted tab

click Whitelisted IP

3. Review the whitelisted IPs.
