Macro: %W4 Defined in One Of Your ALT,CTRL, Or SHIFT key Is Not A Valid One At The Macro’s File

If you encounter the error message below, do follow the steps in the Resolution section below to resolve issue.

This issue has been caused by the introduction of a new % Type in the console.ini file, but the new % type information has not been defined in the nopage file as well.   Thus the Macro error message as displayed in the screen capture above.

Before completing the following steps, do make sure to exit/ close MediCall.  Backup the damaged files on the effected workstation.  Copy the console.ini and the nopage file from a working workstation.     The console.ini should go into the console folder under C-drive.  The new nopage file should go into the inifile folder.   Launch MediCall again to test the application for errors.
