Resolution/Topic

Topic:

This issue has been caused by the introduction of a new % Type in the console.ini file, but the new % type information has not been defined in the NOPAGING file as well.   Thus the Macro error message as displayed in the screen capture above.

Resolution:

Before completing the following steps, do make sure to exit/ close MediCall.  Backup the damaged files on the affected workstation.  Copy the console.ini and the NOPAGING file from a working workstation.     The console.ini should go into the console folder under C-drive.  The new NOPAGING file should go into the inifile folder.   Launch MediCall again to test the application for errors.
