Receiving an error in Medicall Console upon login "failure to properly register"
Run update software to re-register and update any .dlls.
If this does not resolve the issue follow the steps below:
Note: You must have admin rights to perform the steps below.
Open a command line and change directory to the Ole folder within the Console folder on C drive. (respective workstation)
Register user.dll From the command line issue the following:
After the user.dll is registered, have the operator to test logging into Medicall console.
