When Sending List Pages From WebXchange, Recipient Receives All Zeros

Overview

Pagers are receiving zeros when sending  numeric messages (list pages) from WebXchange.

Resolution/Topic

If a numeric message is entered without an alpha message the result with be zeros for numeric message. If  a numeric message and alpha message are entered in each respective field as illustrated above, the result is a successful message. The system is designed to look for both numeric and alpha message.
