Not Able to Find Page All Devices Setting on Profile

Overview

Customers are not able to find Page All Devices setting on Profile. 

Resolution/Topic

This knowledge base article pertains to Medicall versions 11.9.0 and above.

Enter the name of the profile and press the Enter button on your keyboard.

You may need to use the arrow keys to scroll to the profile you want

Click the  profile you to highlight and then  click the Update button (red box)

Click the Flags tab (red box)

Under More Options, you should see a check box titled “Page All Devices”.  Just check the box and click the Save button on the right.

If you do not see this, either page all devices is not enabled for your system or the check box has not been labelled. Please contact Spok support for assistance.

Note - the screenshot showing the Flags screen is from a test system. You may see several check boxes labelled on your system.
