Override Page Status

Overview

Scenario: Profile A is being covered by Profile B.   Admin/User paging Profile A has "Override Page Status" checked in their access level.

Admin/User pages Profile A who is being covered by Profile B and Profile A receives the page/s.

Note - if the pager for Profile A is a "virtual" pager, you will see this error in the pagingstatuslog.xml file -

"[Unable to FindInformationInDatabase. [Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]]]</Message> in the pagingexecutionlog.xml file."

Resolution/Topic

WebX logic - When "Override Page Status" is checked in a user access level profile, it means that it will ignore the status of a member pager in this scenario "Covered by" and page the member.

You need to make sure that your WebX access level does not have “override page status” checked or login to WebX as a member with an access level 0.
