                Resolution Display on Medicall Directory    

 

Buttons on the home page of the Medicall Console CTI display are missing (see red circle).  These buttons are found on the right side of the RELEASE key and sometime some of the “F” Keys (Universal numbers) are also missing on the bottom left of the Medicall Screen (see 2nd red circle).

 

 

 

The Reason for this, is the screen resolution has been increase to over 100%. To correct this, do the following:

 

Close out Medicall

Go to CONTROL PANEL

             DISPLAY

             SET DISPLAY TO SMALLER -100%(DEFAULT)

             APPLY

             LOG OFF NOW

 

Once you log back on, Launch Medicall, your Medicall home page screen should appear just like the example below:

 

 

You can see all the buttons right of the RELEASE key  and all of the “F” keys (Universal numbers ) on the bottom left.
