MediCall Will Not Display Correctly.

Overview

Resolving issues with viewing the whole screen of Medicall console.  Sometimes the display settings are modified by accident and the Update Software function can often times restore the console.  In some instances, The screen resolution has been increase to over 100% via display option. However, if these two options prove unsuccessful in resolving the issue, there is one other possibility at hand. 

Resolution/Topic

Depending on the video card and type of computer, the present resolution may not be appropriate to view MediCall console.  In such an event, the size of the MediCall console may need to be adjusted within the console,ini file.  Open the console.ini file within the Console folder on the root of C-Drive. Search for the keyword Resize or Resizefactor.  Some clients have to run at Resizefactor = 0 to view Medicall.  The Resizefactor should be location under the [XN] module within the console.ini file.  Do keep in mind this is a custom setting and doing a software update will overwrite this setting.
