Resizing the Phone Display Window in MediCall

Issue:

In some cases, the phone button display appears oversized in MediCall. Using the "Update Software" option does not resolve the issue. To manually resize the Phone Display window, follow the steps below.   

Resolution

1. Position your mouse pointer between the Phone Display window and the MediCall Directory Search window.

2. Position your mouse pointer between the Phone Display window and the MediCall Directory Search window.

3. When the pointer changes to a double-arrow icon, click and hold the left mouse button.

4. While holding the mouse button, drag the edge to resize the Phone Display window to your desired dimensions.

5. Release the mouse button once the window has been adjusted. The new size will be retained according to user preference.
